  • Proton Drive to securely store session notes and client information

  • Appointlet for booking sessions

  • Google Calendar to manage and sync appointments

  • Google Meet for hosting online coaching sessions

These services may store limited data securely as part of their operations. We only use trusted providers that comply with privacy standards.

Our website is hosted on Squarespace, which uses:

  • Necessary cookies – essential for basic site functionality (like navigation, bookings, or logging in)

  • Performance/analytics cookies – used by Squarespace Analytics to help us understand general site traffic
